Learning German can feel daunting, especially if you’re preparing for an exam, relocating to Germany or Switzerland, or working towards citizenship or a residence permit.
I’m a native German speaker and qualified coach with over 20 years of teaching experience. After living in the UK for 27 years before returning to Germany, I know first-hand what it’s like to move country, adapt to a different culture and build a new life.

Stefanie is a great teacher - adaptive, very good listener and knows how to support each student according to how and what they need.
What I appreciate the most with 1on1 class with Stephanie is that I can go with my own pace, the lessons are focused on what I want to achieve according to the goals that we set and revisit after around every 10sessions.

Film Club & Community
Learning German doesn't only have to happen in lessons. I also run a relaxed online German Film Club and a Teams Community where I share tips, challenges and other bits and pieces for learning German.
Film Club is open to students, former students, friends, partners and other German learners – and there's no pressure to talk the whole time!
